Renderforest Blog Guidelines: How to Become a Contributor

Have you found something fresh and unique? Do you have your distinctive point of view on the worn out topics and ideas? You have an opportunity to share it on Renderforest.
We welcome professional guest bloggers and writers to contribute their compelling and informative articles to our blog.
Write about your experiments, surveys, and discoveries. Our curious audience would love to read your stories on different topics including but not limited to branding, design, animation, video creation, music, video blogging, digital marketing, social media, business promotion, advertising, ecommerce, and real estate.
In order to successfully publish your article, you should carefully read our contributor guidelines and follow them while submitting.
How to get Published?
Now, let’s get technical about the publishing process. The process consists of 5 phases:
Qualification - To become a qualified contributor, you need to send 2-3 examples of your published articles and describe why you want to contribute to our blog in a couple of words. After checking our blog, suggest 2-3 topics that you can write about. Our Editor will contact you in case you’re qualified.
Topic confirmation - If you’re qualified, we will choose one of your suggested topics or will suggest another topic which is relevant to our blog and will request an outline.
Outlining - The essential parts of the outline are the title of the article, a short description, and the headlines (at least 3 headlines). You can also include the purpose of the article and the target audience.
First draft - Once the outline is checked and confirmed, we will expect the first draft. Submit your drafts in a Google Doc. Also, include a short description (up to 160 characters) and author bio. Our Editor will review the draft and fix the errors according to our guidelines. This process will be finished once everything is fixed. Note that we accept articles with at least 1500 words.
Final version - The final version of the article will be scheduled to be published. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s live. We reserve the right to edit your article for grammar and formatting according to our guidelines. If we don’t accept your article, you’re free to publish it somewhere else as we don’t own it.
The whole process from submitting to publishing may take up to 1-2 months, depending on our editorial calendar.
Your content should be useful and beneficial for our readers. Make sure that it’s up to date, has never been published anywhere before, and doesn’t violate copyright laws.
The perfect article should have a catchy and original title, an introduction, short paragraphs with headlines, and a conclusion. Pay attention to grammar, spelling, and formatting. The article must be unique and well-written.
The content is backed up with credible sources. Include links from trusted sources and our blog. The article should have no more than 2 links to your website.
It has relevant high-quality visuals, screenshots, videos, etc. with proper attribution. The width of the image files must be at least 740px
We won’t publish an article which:
Is too promotional
Is too general and obvious
Includes statements that can’t be backed up
Doesn’t offer value
Has many grammatical errors
