Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Job responsibilities
  • Source and attract candidates for technical and non-technical positions;
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods and follow up through the process;
  • Proactively identify and develop effective sourcing strategies (e.g. professional and social networks, ads, recruitment database searches, direct sourcing, engaging passive candidates, etc.);
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
  • Prepare Employment Agreements, vacation, exit documents, etc.;
  • Manage the onboarding process of new hires;
  • Conduct initial orientation and follow up training/meetings in order new hired candidate to become fully integrated;
  • Maintain recruitment related information and document flow. Ensure that all communications are circulated in a timely manner.
  • Required qualifications
  • Proven relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to prioritize the hiring needs and tasks;
  • Being proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative;
  • Ability to think analytically and to use a data-driven approach;
  • Excellent command of English and Armenian languages;
  • Demonstrated communication, relationship building, and team/collaborative skills;
  • Being open-minded, purpose-driven and curious;
  • Experience recruiting internationally is a plus;
  • Willingness to learn and share newly gained knowledge with colleagues.
