  • Job description
  • Our growing company is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of Affiliate Marketing. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, your job duties include growing the network of affiliates, monitoring performance from affiliate partners, and helping with affiliate questions or concerns.
  • Job responsibilities
  • Partner with Affiliates and create long-term client relationships across all product verticals and key markets;
  • Correspond regularly with Affiliates via all communication channels to maintain and optimize relationships;
  • Monitor and analyze performance and ROI for Affiliate programs;
  • Ensure all Affiliate campaigns are tracked properly for accurate reporting;
  • Own outcomes and incremental improvement for your Affiliates;
  • Identifying new potential opportunities and conducting competitor analysis;
  • Answer Affiliate inquiries regarding program scheduling, formats, timings, and asset availability/delivery;
  • Work closely to the Customer Service Team to answer to questions and concerns related to applications;
  • Track Affiliate promotions;
  • Maintain an Affiliate database to include key personnel, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email groups;
  • Coordinate Affiliate ticket requests;
  • Stay up to date on overall Affiliate and brand objectives, to ensure efficient, strategic and creative execution of Point of Sale (POS) strategies and tactics;
  • Coordinate the briefing, implementation and deployment of affiliate marketing and sales tactics;
  • Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field;
  • Relevant work experience with online marketing and Affiliate programs;
  • Fluent English, strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills are required;
  • Proven hands-on experience in Affiliate Management with a solid track record of securing, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships while directly contributing to business growth and profitability;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work with and analyze technical data;
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and excellent business communication skills are a must;
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability;
  • Be open to new ideas and learn new skills and techniques;
